I've bought a lot of these and they've melted onto my labels. I was convinced that I had bought the wrong labels, ribbons, etc. Although after 4 or 5 ribbons and 4 or 5 different label types and different printers (same model) we decided to check the reviews of this ribbon (maybe we should). Haha) Came to see other customers had similar issues which would save me hours of troubleshooting. However, it seems that this problem is caused by the expiration date. Older stock does not have an expiration date, so expiration dates can be a factor in the performance of your tapes. Hope this helps - Revain should contact Zebra and request a takeover or ask for a 'production record' which can be tracked by lot number/reference number. You shouldn't leave this as a guessing game, but then again, who says they believe Revain is customer-centric?
