Review on Bluetooth headset Plantronics Voyager Legend, black by Adam Woniak ᠌

Don't buy it, it's not what it should be.

Third instance. I have been using for almost 3 years. Three phones: push-button Nokia and Samsung and smart SonyZ. Each time I bought a new headset, I hoped that the previous ones were just a marriage. But after 3-4 months of use, the symptoms are the same: a gradual deterioration of the microphone until it is completely impossible to use. I went through all the firmware up to the current 107th. Disabled and enabled all functions in all possible combinations, it's useless. I suspect that the problem lies in the movable connections of the front speaker boom and the microphone boom itself: sometimes you can find their relative position, in which the interlocutor starts to hear you badly, but hear. But this is not for long :(. I wrote to Plantronics support twice. No answer. The position sensor on the ear works every other time, turned it off right away. The susceptibility of speech commands is bad (they usually don’t complain about my English pronunciation), in the last copy I immediately switched to the headset’s auto answer to call. After the failure of the third copy, I have to switch to Chinese counterparts. They are no worse and cost 20-40 dollars, and not under 100 for such quality and attitude of the manufacturer. Thanks to everyone who read, I do not recommend taking it.

Pros
  • Design, wearing comfort, battery life, speech functions
Cons
  • Quality of workmanship and (or) assembly, charging method, noise reduction, zone of reliable signal reception
