I was very happy to receive this product but the day it arrived I was disappointed to find that the light was not working. I contacted the company via email and they responded within an hour and were outraged with the product. I didn't have to return a defective product and it was hassle free, GREAT customer service and I will be ordering from them again very soon. NOW TO THE LIGHT! The light works great. I was expecting bright light but got even more than I expected. That's a very bright light. Its best features are the dimmer, the use of different battery types and the power indicator. The flashlight uses AA batteries, which I'm really pleased about as they're long-lasting and quick and easy to swap out on the go. The flashlight also accepts a variety of camera batteries, which is handy for those who have lots of extra batteries. The flashlight also has a button with 4 LED indicators showing the battery level. This is a really useful feature that will help you avoid getting caught on a shoot and realizing that your battery is low. I am very satisfied with this lamp.
