Not quiet, but bright.
These little dresses weren't as bright as expected but still very pretty.
My granddaughters love them. Oh and I love the thickness of the material plus the liner!

- Very tight in the armpits, neck and chest without stretching. My advice is to increase the size.
Cons
- Bought for my daughter's funeral. it doesn't look so good in real life
