I like the price and performance. Very good value for money compared to other products, especially considering it's at least 50% cheaper without the 'cheap' look and feel. I absolutely love this keyboard case - it decorates my iPad and matches the rose gold color perfectly! The keys work well, are sensitive but not so, I press the letters several times with one touch. Although I've had an Apple Pencil with this iPad since December 2017, I like it; I'm an old-school person who used typewriter keyboards from high school and college in the 80's and can still find a keyboard that's good to rely on at times, especially against a touchscreen when I'm tired. It holds the iPad pretty well. You just can't touch it from the back of the screen holder or it tends to pop out of the iPad. Stays closed when closed which is good. CUSTOMER SERVICE NOTICE: When I first received this keyboard case, I was disappointed that I couldn't get the keyboard to show up in Bluetooth and pairing; Then I charged the keyboard and tried again. It still didn't show up. After restarting my iPad and turning Bluetooth on and off, I finally decided to call the number provided in the simple one-page instructions. I was delightfully surprised to find someone willing to help so late at night. Even though it was in a chat, it was very personal, something a person over half a century has loved! The lady gave me a few steps to try and when that didn't work she immediately offered to send a new replacement, advising that I could return the one I had in my hands within 30 days at the first opportunity! No charge for order placed and confirmed delivery within 2 days which I received by email. After a new order was shipped by this customer service representative I expressed my appreciation and stated that I think the item was returned as it was packaged in the box with the product. She immediately apologized extensively for such a bad experience. I assured her that while their customer service is disappointing, it more than makes up for any bad feelings. After all, things aren't always perfect, but the way they solve problems speaks volumes about the company. To my delight, the new keyboard case (replacement) arrived 2 days later and paired with my iPad's bluetooth immediately. I liked the protection the case offered as well as the ability to use the keyboard when I got tired of using the touchscreen or my Apple Pencil.
