Great idea, works well, the cover is washable.

Fits me very well. I need support sleeping on my side (and sometimes sleeping/resting on my back) and this pillow helps with that. I also like that the cover is washable. A few tips: I think you'll have trouble using this under your back if you're lying on your back or in a semi-sitting position on your back, unless you're a thin person around the waist. There may not be enough space for your body between two pillows, so you lie down on the pillows instead of gently hugging them on the sides. I prefer to use it when I sleep on my side to support my back and stomach at the same time. I like that the cushions aren't just round or square, but are slightly tapered on the inside. It was necessary for me to support my tummy during pregnancy without putting pressure on my tummy, to the point where I woke up with discomfort and realized that I had been squeezing my tummy for a long time. This pillow is also quite firm unlike some Boppy pillows. If it's placed too high above the bed (and too high on your back) and you end up lying on your back in bed from time to time, it can cause you to arch your back while you sleep, causing pain at night or In the morning. Just put a pillow deeper in your bed or chair and you'll be fine. For me this is the main problem, but not that big. Overall a good pillow and VERY compact - ideal for people who sleep with bedspreads and/or partners and maybe other pillows. It won't necessarily be the only pillow in your bed when you're pregnant, but it can support your back and stomach during sleep and works better (I think) than towels or big pillows.
