I love colour. The darker side is more of an anthracite gray with hints of purple, while the lighter side is pretty much what you see in the photo. It's warmer than you would expect from cotton and rayon, but a full cashmere scarf would have been much warmer, but too warm for me. It's fairly soft, doesn't have the harshness of acrylic, and is more breathable. It was sealed in plastic and in a zipped case, which is great for protecting it, but it smelled like plastic. The smell went away after just one wash. I am very satisfied with the product and for the price you can't beat it.
