Bad toner batch from 10/26/2020
We ordered multi color toners for several printers, all started reporting toner cartridge communication problems. After working with HP to replace both printers, we continued to experience bad toner errors. We ordered more toner through Revain and had similar issues. Judging by the date of manufacture, the dates are the same. I bought toner from another supplier and was able to fix the problem. This is the same issue reported by @Dean Voiss.
- Original HP toner cartridges print an average of 71% more usable pages than toner cartridges from other manufacturers.
