Review on CozyCal by Robert Xayamonty

The ease of use as well as being able to add additional features makes this software perfect for our needs. It's also very easy to share with others in my organization who don't have any experience using it, but they find out quickly that there are many great things about it! I like how flexible it can be when adding new users or accounts so we're not forced into purchasing more than one license if someone leaves suddenly. We had issues last year where some meetings were scheduled over multiple days even though people only wanted them during certain times. This has since been fixed by going back through each meeting individually to see what date/time was actually requested - which wasn’t always obvious from looking at an agenda before hand. A big problem solved here is knowing exactly what dates everyone will need access during their shift without having to ask every single person involved directly.
