The fabric is weird

I loved this diaper bag but it's a bit deceiving. In the photos it looks wider than it is, it is tall and narrow, like a backpack. I thought the fabric was a soft canvas but actually it's more of a crispy thick paper material. It's not bad so I'll keep it to myself, just a little disappointed.
