I've used A LOT of "natural" diapers and it's ok, but size 4 is much larger than other size 4 diapers. I'm not sure if it's too big or the design on the legs is really loose. Again, I'm not sure if it's too big, but it also rises higher at the waist than most diapers, which is undesirable. I don't think the colors are gender specific, but the design of these diapers is definitely one that most people find feminine. It's a diaper, so who cares, but I thought I'd mention it because someone might care.
