I have the gloss black and the color was exactly as the picture, good size, comes with everything etc. It keeps my drinks hot/cold but the lid keeps rising from the steam (or soda when I pour soda in) unless you leave the mouth open, which can allow your drink to reach room temperature and pose a spill hazard (I bought this for work because we need approved, leak-proof cups around our computer) . Another issue is that the black sliding part on the lid doesn't come off to clean underneath, and there are gaps in this part where steam or other liquids can get trapped, build up, and mold or other debris form. fall into the trap. I've been using this mug for about a week now and wash it daily but there's no way to properly clean it underneath and I can tell by the end of the month it's going to be gross and I'll have to drop the lid or the black one break off part. In any case, it will be useless for the purpose I originally bought it for, taking it to work and keeping my drinks hot/cold very soon. I recommend this mug if you only want to use it with a cold drink straw so that the black slider on the lid doesn't break so quickly. Otherwise, choose a travel mug that you can actually clean.
