Owlet was so helpful. I've had this since my daughter started rolling over. The back is safest when the baby is sleeping and once he started rolling over I had a hard time falling asleep because I was so worried. When I got the Owlet it helped me sleep a little better because I felt better knowing that if she stopped breathing I would be notified. Additionally, Owlet is great for tracking sleep time. It's so great to see how long the baby has been in deep light sleeps and wakes. It's also nice to keep track of baby's sleep time and total sleep time. There is also a graph showing the heart rate during the baby's sleep cycle. The battery life is excellent, it can last several hours longer than my child sleeps and it charges very quickly. It comes with two socks, L and R on the socks so you know which foot to wear the sock on and you can change them every few days. The only thing I want to include in this product is information on how oxygen and heart rate should be normal for babies and what sounds to listen for in case of a possible emergency. Overall I'm so glad I have this product so I can relax a bit.
