The blanket doesn't stay in the cover

The colors are bright and happy, my son likes it. But the blanket dangles in the blanket, and I have to constantly smooth it out and lay it evenly. I even pricked it in four corners, but it still remains in the form of a ball wrapped in a sheath. It's annoying. I bought the inner blanket from IKEA, this was not the case with other covers. Just this one.
