Metal walls are much more difficult to install than the standard MDF/wood panels used in most first aid kits simply because they are much heavier. First, they won't fit in a standard wall space, so you'll need a dome frame finish. Also, the ribs on the edges of the metal sides keep the sides from hitting the 2x4 supports that support them. I cut out part of the sheet metal to fill the gap so the screws can be tightened without bending the metal and to make sure the weight is evenly distributed. After all, the back of the cabinet isn't metal, it's just a mirror. This is particularly problematic due to the oversized dimensions. If someone tries to hang a picture in the wrong place on the next bedroom wall, it will create a mess.
