I had high hopes for this shower head with all the positive reviews, but we were very disappointed with the performance even after removing water saving Device. We love Delta's products, but compared to some other shower heads, we prefer the stronger water flow, so we brought that part back. the final touch in the master bath. It looks good and has been very durable like most Delta products, but the water coming out of this unit just isn't enough for our needs. We have very strong water pressure from the city and all of our other faucets and showers are strong. He only has a $40 Delta 5 showerhead in a kids' shower and it works fantastic with really good pressure, but this one (58471) might have a heavier jet of water (like rain) but not as much pressure in the jets , no It doesn't matter which option we chose. We even removed the little green water splatter and it didn't get much better. My wife has very thick hair and it took a long time to wash compared to our other shower heads and she didn't like it after only two uses. We sent the product back and even paid the plumber to install it. So if you want a rain-like shower this is pretty good, and if you're using a budget product this would be a good upgrade. But it just wasn't for us and we sent it back. Pros: Good reliable product, well made. Liked the choice of water flow from both the handle and the head. The magnetic pen was good. Looks nice. I prefer a much stronger water flow. Not as "high" as I thought. The shower head doesn't tilt very much. The shower handle is not very long if you have a big shower. Finally, I really applaud Revain for their returns process. Very easy and helpful.
