Review on 🌿 Eco-Friendly Transfer Clothes T Shirts: Environmental Materials for Sustainable Style by Karla Richter

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Makes a lot of work - and then does not light up.

I bought this for a shirt I made for my niece. (I have both yellow and white) Vinyl is thicker than most other HTVs but cuts well with Cricut Everyday Iron On. However, the transfer sheet is very sticky and makes weeding difficult. I also found out that you CANNOT put ANYTHING on this vinyl. It will not stick. Period. Unfortunately, it took me about 3 hours to study, 2 records of vinyl and a t-shirt. Luckily I had another shirt at home to use but not the color I wanted to use. The close-up on the dark blue image shows where you can see I tried to push the lace pattern over the yellow. I cut out white dots and red laces from 3 different types of HTV - nothing stuck. I ended up having to cut the laces out of the ball design and hope nothing got any smaller. In principle, I was fine with that. Oh! I nearly forgot that! The instructions on the packaging are also confusing. Inside was an insert with instructions for various types of their brand's vinyl. For this it says temp 265-320, 7-15 seconds, warm scrub. Then there was a sticker on the front that said Temp 300-340, 10-15 sec, cold peel. What worked for me (when everything went straight to the shirt) was 315*F at 15, cold skin, for everyone. Shift, then press for another 15-30 seconds once everything is on.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Dear
