Review on PACE iLok3 USB Key: Effortless Software Authorization Device (99007120900) by Jose Cox

UNDERSTAND: IT DOES THE WORK AND DOES IT WELL BUT.! I HATE iLok partnerships with companies like Antares (which I had to buy it for) which forces you to buy a 40-50 key just to use the VSTs you legally bought when they are available online - Activation. And if you don't have that with you and it's plugged in, your VST won't work if it's configured that way by the company. The product works well, but iLok is such a crappy company when it comes to user experience that I can't give it more than one star. My purchase of a $30 plug-in that I needed for a project resulted in me having to buy it and leave it plugged in just for a little use on the track. And don't even tell me how pissed I was when I got everything set up and then went to the studio only to find out I forgot the key and therefore couldn't access the plugin and when I tried it crashed My project.
