The software is easy enough that even an inexperienced user can get up-to speed in no time, while still providing plenty of advanced features if needed by more experienced users. It's very well organized so you don't have any confusion about where things are or what they do - everything has it place! There isn't anything I dislike at this point as far as functionality goes; however there could be some additional training materials available (especially geared towards beginners). We're using smart selling tool primarily with our new hires who will need access to all sorts of resources from CRMs like Salesforce through tracking opportunities/sales pipeline management etc., but also helping them understand how best practices fit into day to day workflows.
