Review on HIMPACT by Edwin Cen

I love how easy it is for me as an admin of this system to see what my team members are doing.

This allows us all in one place to have access to our data so that we can make better decisions with regards to client retention and management/upgrade recommendations. It does take some time getting used to but once you do its great! We use himpact to view everything from reports to performance reviews to salary information which makes things much easier when making difficult business decision such as hiring or firing employees.
