Bodysuit with a high collar and a plastic clasp at the bottom. The high collar is quite tight - impossible to put on without ruining your hair or makeup. I'm 110lbs and about 5ft 3in and I'm a size S. A little difficult to get on and off with a turtleneck but otherwise fits the arms and body well. The outer material looks smooth. It feels smooth and looks professional. The inner material is actually a softer fabric. It is very beautiful and adds warmth to the product. I bought white. Unfortunately it was see through so I'm sending it back as I don't want to wear a tank top with it.
