I knew I was buying something cheap and fairly unnecessary. I planned to use it as long as it worked. It came in a little box and was tightly packed so it was good I guess. The box itself is a little flimsy, but then again, the thing is so cheap and made out of so much plastic shit that you're not expecting much. Anyway, long story short, I took it to work, plugged it into my phone and was curious to see if I could save time and convenience by taking calls all day. This thing absolutely sucks. It's not that it doesn't work, and it's not that it doesn't work. It just sucks. It's fussy, it's basic, it's a raw feel, it's too big and too small at the same time. The mic boom literally feels like you're going to break it every time you move it, even though it's specifically designed so you can move it so it's in the right place out of your mouth. The recording sounds really bad. And the speakers sound so bad. I knew things were going to be so bad, but what really let me down was the quality of the microphone. The big problem for me is the biggest problem of all. Only this thing is quiet. Now I want to make it clear to you that I am using this on exactly one office phone. And I gave up playing with it very quickly. No longer than 10 minutes. But back then, the mic volume was going up and down rapidly, and it just sounded awful when I checked my personal phone's voicemail. and then I don't know if I was using it correctly or not but I tried to figure out which volume rocker is included and I also tried the headset without the volume rocker and found this thing to be incredibly quiet. Also, I think I have some hearing problems, so the idea that it's quiet here might just be mine. I also only hear something like mute, although nothing is actually muted. i think i'm dying At least I'm inside. I'd advise if you're going to use this thing, try with caution. I was lucky enough to return it and get my money back. I don't want to berate the people who do this or the vendors. But in my experience it wasn't very good from the start.
