It really helps you fall asleep!
I suffered from chronic insomnia. I saw the weighted blankets and thought it was just an ad. Considering the high price I thought it was a waste of money. I WAS WRONG. I got one for Christmas and loved sleeping in it every night. I now enjoy the sheer pleasure of a good night's sleep. I would highly recommend this blanket to my fellow insomniacs.
