I was looking for a not very expensive facial cleanser that really removes all my make-up without drying out my skin. I had high hopes for this product after reading the reviews but unfortunately the product didn't live up to the promise. Yes, the consistency of the product and the smell are pleasant. I tried applying this product without wetting my face and with a wet face and still got the same results. I even tried applying the product directly to a makeup wipe but it still didn't remove all of my eye makeup. I also want to point out that I don't have crazy eye makeup. I use Benefit Mascara and Apotheke Eyeliner, both of which are not waterproof. All in all a decent product but it didn't live up to my expectations. Once I'm done with this bottle I'll probably buy another product.
