Only used once. Couldn't turn. I've watched the video ten times and I still don't get it. It looks like the metal is bent and then I had to watch a video to straighten the metal but to no avail. Simply fold up like a giant taco never to use again. Sorry, I researched for at least a week before purchasing and settled on this one because it seemed the easiest to me. It wasn't easy for me.
