We bought these for our daughter's 7th birthday party as she is going through a dinosaur phase and wanted to throw a dinosaur themed party. She was so excited. They were the perfect size to put on top of your cake in the prehistoric scene and put "magic eggs" inside (baking soda and water made into a paste to coat the dinosaurs to make them look like an egg, then "paint them with vinegar to melt dry baking soda to make them 'hatch'.) We also pack them in tote bags. Most of them got their names from their dinosaur book. She was excited to find the ones she didn't know and also to find out what they were. I liked them so much I ordered a second set to make valentines for two of my kids' classes at school. (You DINO mite!) It was a huge hit for both of their classes. We always take some toys with us wherever we go for quick fun while we're waiting for our food at restaurants. places, or when we're at the park and they're relaxing. Since they're so affordable I'm not worried about losing them and it's always fun when they decide to gift one of their new friends they meet. We can always order more if needed!
