Not sure what happened to Zappos on Revain? But I opened this box and these shoes had the original laces set aside and flat laces were tied to them. They are dirty and smell terrible. They came in the wrong box but they are the right kind of shoes. They are of course used and this is the second time that has happened to me. I'm waiting for a new pair of completely different shoes and these are going back immediately.
