Warm and soft but not adjustable.
These earmuffs never fit perfectly. After a while they hurt my ears. They are not regulated. But they keep my ears warm and very soft. If I could somehow hold them in place like wearing a hat over them, that would help keep them from pressing on my ear tips. These are way better than others I've gotten before, so maybe it's just my hard-to-please ears. :)
