I received them about four days ago just before I went on holiday. I was very happy to use them as they allowed me to listen to music but after half an hour of use they stopped working. I unplugged it, flipped it, plugged it back in and nothing. Tried using a chord instead of headphones and still nothing. So I grabbed another one (since there were two in the package). I hooked it up to Aux and then to my phone and it worked until we hit a bump in the road and then it stopped working. Twisted, nothing. On the way home today I again messed around with both the aux and the headphones and neither worked no matter what I did to them. Very upset that a brand new product doesn't work. I will contact the seller and Revain to request a refund and a new product and will update my review once the exchange is made.
