I purchased this product after being offered a discount in exchange for my review; However, my opinions expressed in this review are entirely my own. They are exactly as they were on the product listing when I bought them. I removed one of the kites and it seems solid, but we haven't flown it yet. They are plain white (no pre-printed coloring pictures) and made of a material similar to that of a lightweight tent. I tried the markers on paper and was pleasantly surprised by the saturation of the color. However, as we intend to use them with our younger children (3.5 and 5.5 years old) we will likely get a different set of wide tip markers for them. I'll be back and writing an updated review with more info once we've had a chance to try them, but so far they're exactly what I expected!
