We bought these headphones in August, and in January one side stopped working. Contacted the seller without much expectation. To my surprise, I received a prompt response consisting of an apology and a friendly gesture of a full refund. I would give the headphones 4 stars but I gave them 5 stars because of their customer service which is beyond anything I could have hoped for. Glory to the seller!
