I was very disappointed. I bought a pair in black and pink. However, I received a black and white pair. I saw that these boots had a 4.6 star rating so I figured they would be good. They fit well as expected. I've seen people leave reviews saying they run small. I bought a little more than their regular shoes because cleats are usually smaller than regular shoes and I don't think many people are aware of this. They are very good quality and she loves the way they fit and feel. I would only give 1 star because they sent me a different pair than what I ordered. I chose to give the second star only because they are good quality and fit. If I get the correct pair I ordered I would give 5 stars because they would be perfect. I figured I might have accidentally pushed the button and accidentally ordered a white and black pair, although I'm pretty sure I'd ordered a pink and black pair. I checked my order and ordered a pair in pink and black, my order confirmed it. Then I checked the reviews again and this time I see a lot of feedback about the same thing that happened with other buyers who ordered black and pink but received a black and white pair. I can't return them as she needs them tomorrow. I ordered a pink pair and was supposed to receive the pink one I bought and paid for. Many other buyers still gave them 5 stars after receiving the wrong ones, but I strongly believe that you should get the correct item that you paid for and if you didn't then someone is making theirs work not right. If it was an accident and accidents happen, then it would be an accident and more understanding. However, the fact that this has happened to several other people is not a mistake, it is just intentional and something needs to be changed because it is wrong. I ordered socks to match her boots and now they don't fit. Pink is her favorite color so I ordered pink but now she has black and white instead of her favorite color. I will not order them again and will order elsewhere next year.
