A lot for the money

It was my daughter's 16th birthday and everything came as expected in a short time. Excellent condition, like new, exactly as advertised. The huge gold number 16 looks great, as does the badge. The balloons looked great too. Making flowers was not easy and it took some time. Made one, got better :)
