I donβt know what I was expecting. It does feel like it provides support. My wife has one of these, not this brand, which made me want to order one. She is shredding weight much faster than I am and hers seems to make her sweat more which is odd because I sweat much worse than she does normally. Anyway, I like the way it feels and helps support when I lift.
