I got the right size, but the sleeve was much tighter than expected. So tight, that my knee hurt after wearing it, and it wasn't the good kind of "healing hurt" either.I will say this about it, though, with other sleeves I've used, I've had to pull them up all the time because they slip down. This one does not slip at all. It's got some silicone lining strips inside that help prevent this.The downside of the steadying strips though is that they'll tug on your leg hairs when you're adjusting the sleeve. Ouch.Since this was pretty tight on my leg, maybe I needed a different size, so I'm willing to give it the benefit of the doubt there. Just know that you might need to size up if you think you're in between sizes.
