Coincidentally, the bearings in these end flanges were from the same manufacturer as my old ones. You can only order the bearings themselves a little cheaper. I ended up using a wooden 2x4 and C-clamps to pop out the bearings and press them into my old flanges that I left hanging on the wall. These flanges were installed about an inch farther from the wall than my old flanges, so I didn't want to mess with the alignment and stuff. It probably wouldn't have been a huge problem using them as they looked like they would work fine when I placed them against the door frame. Be sure to use some axle grease to lubricate the rod where it enters the bearing so the bearing doesn't cut through the thin-walled tube over time.
