I had high hopes for this product and am happy to report that they are still valid. The product did what it was supposed to and restored 2 out of 3 colors in my broken print head. I had no idea how clogged it was until I removed it. Considering I've never cleaned them since I bought my printer around 2012, it's worked really well. My magenta, yellow and cyan didn't work. I used the entire 100ml bottle to clean the printhead and noticed that magenta splattered unpleasantly during cleaning. So were blue and yellow, but the blockade was eventually removed. What, as they say. I learned the lesson of regular printhead maintenance as this cleaning kit fixed almost everything. You'll notice in the second report that magenta came back a little, and it happened. I typed on other sites too. I can't fault the product for ignoring the importance of maintenance and anticipating clogs. You can return the printer to print. Of course I left. The black and white clarity is excellent until I get a new printhead. I print 95% of my documents this way. I highly recommend this cleaning kit as it has exceeded all my expectations. Final tip: I have an HP6500a printer that is not on the list of products it cleans. If you're at all mechanically inclined. Grab that yellow tip and a 1/8 bit for your flowers and voila. Now you can use this kit for HP6500 series. Depending on your printhead size for colors. You could probably stick with that line of drills and get this kit to work with many other printers. 5 Stars!
