I had a hard time finding this kit separate from the earbud itself. This is the same kit that comes with the new earphones/headset. I sometimes use a colleague's headset when I'm working on the weekend. Sharing ear gels pissed me off. This kit met all the requirements perfectly and I was able to find a gel and earhook in the kit that fit my ear better anyway. Replacing the gel and cone takes about 15 seconds. Simply remove the gel and then rotate the headband 90 degrees to remove.
