Much better than a plastic cone.
My hyperlab puppy was chewing on his Elizabethan collar the first day I brought him home after spaying. With a plastic cone collar, he bumped or snagged on anything. This inflatable collar is much more comfortable and he got used to it very quickly. He tried his best to remove it but couldn't damage it. It is much nicer than the hard plastic cone collar. He hasn't bumped into things or scratched our feet with this soft inflatable collar.
