This is a handy way to keep your CDC vaccination card and passport or other ID. There are three covers: black, bordeaux and dark blue. The faux leather sleeves look like the front of a US passport with the word "Passport" and the eagle insignia. On the one hand there is a plastic-protected window for a vaccination card and a compartment for a passport. Three blank CDC cards included. Each case is packed separately. They are thin and easily fit in a pocket or purse. While they don't look or feel particularly luxurious, they're an easy way to keep your evidence handy. Proof of immunizations is required for travel and in my state for entry into many locations. These holders keep things in place.
