Looking at the monitor all day would cause eye fatigue, eye twitching, headaches and dry eyes. I was advised by a friend to try a pair of blocking lenses which felt a little wrong but after using them for a month all symptoms were significantly relieved. The bonus is that the frames actually look pretty good as I was afraid they would be hideous. Overall I am very happy with these swans and think they were worth it.
