My husband bought me this for Christmas and it was so much fun opening the oyster and finding my pearl! My only recommendation is to make sure you're standing over the sink when you pull it out, as it can get pretty messy. The necklace itself is beautiful, but I ended up replacing the chain with something less bulky and more elegant. The attached chain is relatively short so it felt like I was wearing a choker chain when I put it on. The pendant is very bead safe, has front and back loops that attach to the chain to ensure it doesn't come loose. I usually wear necklaces to bed, but I can't wear this because of the thickness of the necklace. Follower. However, if it weren't so thick, the pearl wouldn't fit in the center!
