I'm 6'0" and 225 lbs and I wear XL - larger than typical US sizing, but mostly fits my sizing based on the size chart, but the legs are snug. There isn't much elastic in the waistband, but that suits me. I really like the weight - warmer than athletic jogging pants, but not hot like fleece. And the material is also quite stretchy. Now for the minus - the seams. I bought these to find pants I can wear in a layer on runs in 20-40F which is typical for Pennsylvania winters walking which is very annoying I will still wear them for the colder side of those runs with running pants use underneath, just a disappointment that i thought i found mine one layer but i still need 2.
