Compared to other brands of plugs, this is a strange installation. I had to download the Jinvoo app, which wouldn't load on my Fire tablet. Then you need to set up the connection via the app with an account and then set up the connection via Wi-Fi. Then it will be written to Alexa. I finally got it working, but it took me a few tries to figure it out. The instructions are a joke, you need a magnifying glass to read them and even then it takes a few times to figure out what they mean. Either way, if you're looking for easy customization, this isn't it. It seems to work fine via Alexa after figuring it out. Go to App Store, open Jinvoo Smart, you can see the reviews of the app.
