It's definitely a wireless mouse.
There is nothing special about this mouse. The top cover is cheap plastic and I don't think it will survive a fall from too great a height. However, it does what the mouse is supposed to do. Pretty sharp with his sensor. It's hard for me to say that I would recommend this mouse as it's a bit small in my hands. However, it gets the job done. Extra points for ThinkPad branding.
