Smaller than I thought

I had to order a size larger than planned! I originally ordered a medium size because my dog's chest size is 24 inches and she only weighs 40 pounds, but I ended up having to return it and get a large one. The large fits perfectly with plenty of room to tighten/loosen. Haven't used it in the water yet but seems pretty secure with velcro and buckles!
