Oh lucky I got an Amazon gift card and ordered this one. I love this sweater! Everything in it is perfect. I will list the features. Fit. I'm an American regular size which means size 12-14 and I ordered XL which is just the right size. I plan to wear it as an outer layer in cold weather and it's perfect for that. There's plenty of room for layers at the bottom. You can wear it with a flannel shirt and you will be very warm. The arms are slightly long, just below the wrist but not reaching the base of the thumb. This is a good length as it covers the edges of your gloves. You can tell it was designed by people who know how to make a sweater. Wool. Merino wool is simply the best. He is soft and strong. It repels dirt. It keeps you warm even when it gets wet. Doesn't smell like sheep. That is beautiful. i love wool Colour. My sweater is a beautiful shade of deep burgundy, almost purple. It pairs well with jeans, black pants, and probably everything else. It also looks gorgeous with many types of scarves, hats and gloves. Cable. Cables are very difficult. They look like the folds of an accordion. When you put on a layer underneath and then zip up, the sweater expands to cover everything. Later, as the day warms up, you can zip it up and leave it unzipped, and the cords compress nicely. There are many different cables. It is fascinating. The intricate braids at the waist are knit more heavily than the parallel braids below. This means your waist tends to shrink a bit. It makes you look curvy. it's brilliant Collar. Oh I love that collar. This is a two layer braid, so that's important. When you close it, it forms a hood that frames your face and keeps your chin warm. You can add a scarf inside or outside the collar. There is a triple knot on the zipper puller. That's nice. bags. That is the main reason I ordered the sweater. I don't need a sweater without pockets. These bags are tightly knitted from the same wool and are unlined. If you forget your gloves, don't worry, your hands will be nice and warm. manufacturing quality. It looks like a hand knitted sweater but I think there are machines that do the job. I suspect the sweater is a mix of machine and hand embroidery. The seams are neat, with perfect seams and no protruding threads. Everything looks very consistent and of high quality. The true greatness of this sweater is how much better it is than a coat. You can move in a sweater. you can breathe You can raise your arms above your head. You can walk, you can herd sheep, you can climb trees. Are there trees in Ireland? I don't think they have very many trees, but I'm pretty sure they have sheep. Definitely you will feel comfortable in this sweater in cool and very cold weather. This will be your best friend. If you're ever lucky enough to get a Revain gift card, you should buy this one.
