Wow! I ordered this and the matching toilet roll holder and installed it yesterday and am so impressed with the strong, durable wall mount! Not to mention that this item is just gorgeous! I am a 54 year old grandmother and installed it manually. I marked the first hole and then marked the second hole on the ruler. I lined up the ruler with the point on the wall I made for the first hole and then used a spirit level on the ruler before marking the wall for the second hole to make sure the holes lined up straight. drove a nail into each mark and flipped it over to reveal a hole for that piece of plastic. I hammered the plastic pieces into the wall. screws by hand. Make sure the side of this round piece is facing up. (It would be nice to drill with a drill, but if I can do it by hand anyone can) I attached the towel rail and held it in place with a nice little allen wrench to tighten the little screw to secure it. This design right here makes it incredibly durable! I've installed other towel and toilet paper holders and they came off the wall or detached from their brackets because the screw was loose. The screw they use has a pointed end and the torque you apply to the hex wrench tightens it incredibly well. how excellent they attach to both the wall and wall mounted devices. Super durable, I just love them!
