Nice product, good sound quality and good mics for calls. My problem after only wearing them for a day is my small ears, they don't stay in at all, even with small silicone ear tips. They fall off on their own within 30 seconds of wearing them. Also mating. One pair and the other sometimes not, they often lost connection and the sound from one ear lagged behind the other. Sometimes it's difficult to put them back together and you have to go through the whole process again. Touch controls are finicky. Sometimes they work and sometimes they don't. They aren't very loud and their controls are a bit confusing. Very disappointed as for the price it shouldn't be a problem. I was delighted to receive these having previously had House of Marley headphones and am quite disappointed to be honest.
