I noticed ragged edges as soon as I saw them in the clear packaging. I thought it was poor quality work. I went back to the article on Revain to check the photos and they really show it. Also, the description says (which I haven't read or noticed): FASHION AND FUNCTION: Premium seams with raw edges provide an updated, sophisticated look while maintaining fabric bulk for less chafing on your baby's sensitive skin cause. I really don't like the look. I also think the material could be softer, especially since it's organic cotton. It's a shame that I'm giving this 3 stars. I think it's a preference and there are a lot of people who really like these shirts. I haven't put them on my child yet and am only going to the initial check-up. But I looked at her and touched the cloth. ------ I just wrote a review and then tried to write a review about solid colors. I can't write a separate one as they are considered the same item (both styles have been shown to have the same number of reviews and star ratings). So I would give solid colors 3 stars (which I did). So I'm updating this review. So the pattern style has the same frayed edges. However, they are much less noticeable in patterned styles than in solid color styles. Also, the material doesn't look the same on all shirts (both patterned and plain). But only slightly different.
